Verbatim Shorthand Reporting:
We provide a bespoke service for clients wishing to undertake Depositions, Arbitrations, Hearings, Public Inquiries, Department of Trade and Industry Inquiries, Committal Proceedings, Inquests, Home Office Inquiries, General Court Proceedings and specialist requirements from other Government bodies (UK and abroad).
RealTime Reporting:
Providing accurate and immediate transcription from a reporter's shorthand machine straight to a lawyer’s/participant’s lap top computer utilising Caseview®, LiveNote® and other leading litigation software, enabling cross-examination or re-examination to be speedy and accurate. RealTime can also be provided over the internet to participants in other cities and countries.
General Shorthand Reporting:
Providing an accurate verbatim record of a proceeding, hearing, meeting or any other situation where a precise and accurate record is required.
Transcripts:
Can be supplied in a variety of formats - traditional hard-copy folders and mini transcripts (8 pages per sheet - 4 each side) which include word indexes. Also we can supply and email versions in a variety of formats. Supply of backup files can be on CD Rom, USB memory stick or diskette.
Video Recording:
We provide videographers to record depositions and other legal events where a visual record is required. All videographers adhere to the American Rules for the production of video testimony from a deposition. All deposition video is supplied in the US (NTSC) format. We can present the recording in VHS, DVD Mpeg synchronized, DV, CD ROM, or have smaller files emailed to clients. We are currently looking into a simple and secure method to stream live deposition over the internet using our servers.
Tape transcription:
Transcription of audio and video tapes supplied by the Court Service and other organisations.
Confidential Assignments:
Our staff are cognisant of the Official Secrets Act in the UK and will apply themselves to foreign Governments’ Acts and Laws covering Secrecy, Security and Confidentiality. |
